Getting your boots dusty for the gospel

Thanks to friends like you, six Youthworks College students and two graduates jumped in, boots and all, to participate in the ‘Dusty Boots’ mission in northwest Australia.

You helped make it possible for them to share the gospel with youth and children in the Pilbara. As Tim Beilharz, the team leader, shares:

“The local kids were excited about coming to our outreach programs, and they heard the gospel – it was preached, Jesus was taught. They now know Jesus as Creator and Lord!”

Can you imagine the impact this leaves on the whole Pilbara community? By helping these children find their own personal relationships with Jesus, you’ve given them and their families the key to life.

Yoke, a Youthworks College graduate you helped send on this mission, says:

“Not only does mission broaden your understanding of God’s kingdom, your heart also grows, and hopefully it grows to be more connected with Christ and understanding his heart for the lost.”
